About the contest
The SW-STRAZY online shop and the Swarovski company present the 8th international designer competition NEW EDGES OF SHINING which is held in the Swarovski anniversary year - its 125th jubilee!
We all had to adapt to the new realities of the world. Priorities have changed in just a few months, whatever was considered important has faded into the background.
Everything inevitably changes before our eyes, and so we do. We notice things we have not noticed before in ourselves and our loved ones, discover new opportunities, abilities and creative potential within.
We are becoming increasingly more aware of ourselves and everything that surrounds us in a completely new way. We reveal NEW EDGES OF SHINING in ourselves. And we can shine just like crystal facets shine in the light, and each facet reflects light at its own angle

Initially the competition for designers was a joint initiative of Sw-Strazy.ru and Swarovski Professional. Over the years, it gained more recognition and turned into one of the main events associated with Swarovski crystals: it is much-anticipated, that is why masters, designers, and we – the jury members – participate in it with joy. The competition creates the basis for communication of those who create, sell crystals and those who use them in their work, it helps us all to be better, to love our work more and to do it professionally!
